Job Description
Description We are looking for a Pricing Coordinator to support pricing administration and customer account activities for a manufacturing organization in St Louis Park, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for an early-career finance or business candidate who enjoys working with data, coordinating across departments, and helping ensure pricing, rebates, and promotions are processed accurately. The role will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and customer contacts to address pricing questions, support reporting needs, and maintain strong operational controls.
Responsibilities:
- Create and distribute customer price lists for product categories, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
- Prepare rebate calculations and promotional pricing documentation while verifying compliance with internal guidelines and customer agreements.
- Respond to customer inquiries related to pricing, rebates, and order-to-cash activities, resolving issues with a service-focused approach.
- Assist Sales and Finance with routine analysis covering pricing trends, sales volume, promotional activity, and ad hoc business requests.
- Apply foundational knowledge of product costing to better interpret pricing adjustments and support informed decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to simplify pricing processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Build strong working relationships with Sales, Trade Marketing, and Finance to support collaboration and consistent execution.
- Help maintain process controls by confirming approvals, supporting audit readiness, reviewing rebate activity, and keeping customer documentation organized.
- Escalate issues or unusual activity to management when additional review or direction is needed.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field with 1-3 years of experience in customer service, accounting, or business support, or an Associate's degree in Accounting with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in pricing, financial support, accounting, customer service, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, with advanced comfort in Excel for managing a high volume of daily tasks.
- Understanding of basic financial analysis, reporting methods, and numeric data handling.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate work in a deadline-driven environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for working with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate multiple databases, business applications, and web-based customer systems.
- Familiarity with pricing processes, product costing concepts, or order-to-cash workflows is preferred.
