It's up to you to make it happen. What's the Role? Bloomberg Tax is seeking a highly-skilled Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our team. This is a high-impact role where the ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day transfer pricing compliance, consulting, and strategic planning. We'll trust you to: Technical Leadership Lead the preparation, review, and oversight of global transfer pricing calculations, policies, and supporting documentation. Manage the timely transfer pricing compliance process, including Local Files, Master File, Country-by-Country Reporting, and other jurisdiction specific reporting requirements across various jurisdictions. Support transfer pricing audits, tax authority inquiries, and Advance Pricing Agreements. Provide guidance on the transfer pricing implications of new business initiatives, restructurings, financing arrangements, intercompany transactions, and intercompany agreements. Monitor changes in OECD guidance and global transfer pricing legislation to assess business impacts. Partner with external advisors to develop and support transfer pricing positions. Support global tax risk management and internal audit processes. Project and Stakeholder Management Lead multiple complex projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities and deadlines. Manage timelines, identify risks, and proactively resolve obstacles. Synthesize large volumes of data into clear actionable recommendations. Build strong working relationships across Tax, Accounting, Finance, Treasury, Legal, HR, IT, and business stakeholders. Partner with the tax technology team on implementation and process improvement initiatives, driving automation, standardization, and enhanced controls. Leadership and People Development Establish clear expectations and provide ongoing performance feedback. Delegate work effectively while maintaining accountability for overall project outcomes. You'll need to have Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or Accounting (Master's or Advanced Degree preferred). 10+ years of relevant tax experience. Demonstrated experience managing direct and/or in-direct reports. Solid understanding of transfer pricing principles and OECD guidelines. Ability and willingness to travel, as needed, to support regional and global business requirements. Strong communication skills in both writing and speaking; being proactive and suggest viable solutions when applicable We'd love to see Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel modeling and spreadsheet usage skills. Experience with tax research platforms (e.g., BNA Bloomberg Tax). Familiarity with SAP accounting systems and technology tools like Alteryx, Power BI, Visio, Workiva and/or Airtable. Demonstrate ability to build strong collaborative relationships across regional and global teams, working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes. Demonstrable examples of operating independently, taking initiative on tasks, and efficiently managing projects. Ability to develop and lead a high-performing team while championing process improvements and driving change. Excellent project management and organizational skills. High attention to detail with strong technical judgment. Ability to communicate complex technical issues effectively throughout all levels of an organization both in writing and speaking. Salary Range = 145,000 - 205,000 USD Annual + Benefits + Bonus The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
