DESCRIPTION
We seek a Pricing Agreement Representative II to accurately load and verify customer rebate contracts. In this position, you will w ork with a team of four to ensure rebate contracts are loaded within a 24-48-hour time frame of receiving them from the supplier . You will also work independently to load rebate contracts while communicating contract issues and trends to the Team Lead and Rebate Manager. This role is vital to ensuring a positive customer experience as errors directly affect customer pricing and our selling margins, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on our business operations while contributing to our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
REQUIREMENTS
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in an office setting
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Knowledge of Access and Cognos preferred
  • A basic understanding of rebate and pricing terms is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume workload
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to conduct root cause analysis
  • Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Capability to learn and master new software systems
  • Proven ability to work independently while maintaining team relationships
  • Must be able to work in a combined onsite and remote capacity
