This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with deep expertise in pharmaceutical government pricing programs and a strong foundation in internal audit, compliance testing, and pricing controls. This consultant will play a critical role in supporting government pricing compliance and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have deep experience within pharmaceutical government pricing and will be responsible for auditing pricing calculations, identifying and correcting issues, reviewing existing processes, and updating procedures to strengthen compliance and operational efficiency. This is a remote contract opportunity expected to be about 3 months in length.
Key Responsibilities:
Audit government pricing calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance Identify discrepancies, recommend corrections, and support remediation efforts Review and assess current government pricing processes and controls Update and improve standard operating procedures and related documentation Ensure compliance with applicable federal pricing program requirements and reporting obligations Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders across pricing, market access, contracting, and compliance Provide subject matter expertise on government pricing methodologies and related program impacts Extensive experience in government pricing within the pharmaceutical industry Strong knowledge of MDRP, AMP, Best Price, URA, inflation rebates, and CMS reporting Experience auditing calculations and implementing corrections in a regulated environment Proven ability to review workflows, improve processes, and update SOPs Strong analytical, compliance, and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote consulting environment Prior experience supporting pharmaceutical market access, contracting, and pricing operations preferred Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
