Position:

Ice Cream Ambassador (Part-Time)

Schedule:

Afternoon and early evening neighborhood runs (weekday availability preferred) and weekend shifts Responsibilities Deliver an exceptional customer experience — greet and engage with guests, explain our menu offerings, and bring positive energy to every interaction. Process guest transactions and handle payments using Alsies' point-of-sale system. Complete basic inventory tasks, including restocking products, maintaining truck organization, and logging data in our inventory management system. Drive the Alsies ice cream truck safely along designated routes, neighborhoods, and event locations. Operate Alsies' technology app, responding to customer requests and neighborhood alerts in real time. Skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, community-focused approach. Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer service preferred. Bilingual abilities are a plus and help connect with a diverse customer base. Sales or promotional experience is beneficial for engaging customers and increasing awareness. Positive, inclusive attitude and enthusiasm for bringing happiness to families and children.

Requirements Availability:

Afternoon/evening shifts during the week and weekend availability required. Must be able to operate a large motor vehicle (not a box truck). 25 years of age or older.
