Adaptogenic blends. Real products with real stories — and the person who brings those stories to life is you. Living Immunity is a fast-growing wellness brand based in Tucson. We operate at wellness venues, fitness centers, community health events, and outdoor activations across Southern Arizona — including venues in Tucson, Sierra Vista, and the greater Phoenix area. We are building a small core team right now — deliberate hires only. Two to three positions open. This is an independent role with a real growth path. You start with 2-3 shifts per week across our venue territory. As you build your presence, your reliability, and your results, the path to earning your own signature venues opens naturally — along with an increased shift schedule, higher commission percentages, and access to the full bonus structure that comes with that next level. Part of what makes this role valuable to the team is flexibility and availability. When a venue needs coverage on short notice — 48 to 72 hours out — the WBA is the first call. Stepping in for a coverage shift earns a bonus on that day's base pay. Being the person who shows up when it counts is one of the fastest ways to grow within this brand.

What you earn:

$150 guaranteed per shift once certified — standard venues $180 per shift — Phoenix-area venues

Commission:

10% on sales above your daily KPI, no cap
