BLU Energy is looking for enthusiastic Brand Representative to represent our brand at one of our wholesalers in San Diego, CA. As the face of BLU Energy, you'll introduce customers to our products, provide samples, educate shoppers on our flavors and promotions, and help drive sales in-store. Responsibilities Set up and maintain a clean, professional sampling station. Offer samples to customers and educate them about BLU Energy products. Promote current sales and in-store promotions. Engage customers with a friendly, energetic attitude. Track sales and customer feedback during each event. Take photos of your setup and submit an end-of-shift report. Break down and clean your station before leaving. Qualifications Outgoing, energetic, and confident engaging with customers. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Comfortable approaching customers and initiating conversations. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to stand for 4-hour shifts and lift up to 30 lbs. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to assigned event locations. Previous experience in brand ambassador, retail, customer service, or sales is preferred but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle. Weekend availability preferred. Previous promotional, retail, customer service, or sales experience is a plus.
