Brand Ambassador Rose Remodeling - 4.0 Emeryville, CA Job Details Temporary | Part-time | Full-time $20 - $23 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Customer communication Driver's License Full Job Description Rose Remodeling is growing its Home Depot partnership team and is hiring outgoing, professional Brand Ambassadors to represent our remodeling services inside assigned Home Depot stores. This is not a desk job. You will build relationships, generate qualified homeowner leads, educate store associates, and help create a great customer experience from the first conversation. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available. What You'll Do Represent Rose Remodeling professionally inside assigned Home Depot stores. Engage homeowners in friendly, natural conversations about their bath remodeling needs and introduce them to Rose Remodeling's services. Generate qualified leads and accurately assist customers with entering their information into Home Depot's system so it is routed to our team. Build strong working relationships with Store Managers, Assistant Store Managers, Specialty Assistant Store Managers, and store associates. Conduct Product Knowledge trainings ("PKs") and participate in store training sessions to educate associates on Rose Remodeling services, customer qualifications, and the proper lead-submission process. Speak confidently to groups during associate meetings, training sessions, store events, and promotional activities. Keep displays, brochures, signage, and marketing materials clean, stocked, and professionally presented. Communicate store feedback, customer opportunities, lead concerns, and training needs to Rose Remodeling leadership. Support store events and coordinate with internal marketing and operations teams as needed. Meet individual and team lead-generation, store-engagement, and training goals. Follow all Rose Remodeling and Home Depot policies, procedures, and brand standards. What We're Looking For An outgoing, confident, and professional communicator who enjoys talking with people. Comfortable approaching customers, starting conversations, and representing a premium home-improvement brand. Strong presentation skills and the ability to train small groups of store associates. Organized, dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently across multiple store locations. Experience in retail, customer service, lead generation, sales, event marketing, home improvement, or brand ambassador work is preferred but not required. Bilingual skills are a plus. Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekdays, evenings, weekends, store events, and training sessions. Requirements Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between assigned Home Depot stores. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods in a retail environment. Ability to communicate professionally with customers, store associates, and leadership.
