Hourly + commission/incentives (based on experience) About Pause Pause Long Beach is a wellness and recovery studio offering float therapy, contrast therapy (sauna + cold plunge), cryotherapy, LED light therapy, IV/NAD+ drips, and Aescape robotic massage — all through tiered, credit-based memberships. We opened in November 2025 and are building a community around recovery, discipline, and showing up for yourself. The Role We're looking for a Brand Ambassador to be the face of Pause outside our walls — someone who can turn heads, start conversations, and bring new faces through our doors. This is a grassroots, boots-on-the-ground role: think local events, pop-ups, partnerships with nearby gyms/studios, social content, and community outreach across Long Beach and the surrounding area. You won't be sitting behind a desk. You'll be out talking to people, building relationships, and representing a brand that's redefining what recovery and wellness look like. What You'll Do Represent Pause at local events, markets, fitness studios, and community pop-ups Build relationships with complementary local businesses (gyms, spas, corporate wellness contacts) to drive referrals Create authentic social content (Reels/TikTok/Stories) showcasing the Pause experience Hand out promotions, day passes, and membership info to drive new-member traffic Track and report on outreach activity and lead conversion Represent the brand's voice: energetic, disciplined, approachable, premium — never salesy What We're Looking For Outgoing, magnetic personality — you're comfortable approaching strangers and starting conversations Genuine interest in wellness, recovery, or fitness (personal experience is a plus, not required) Active on social media and comfortable being on camera Self-starter who can manage their own schedule and outreach targets Reliable transportation to attend local events around Long Beach/LA Prior brand ambassador, sales, fitness, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required — we care more about energy and hustle than resume lines Perks Free Pause services while employed Discounts on services for friends/family Flexible schedule built around events and your availability Direct path to growth as Pause expands To apply: Send a short video (60 seconds or less) telling us why you'd be a great fit, along with your resume or a link to your social profiles.
