About Us NailPhoria is a handmade press-on nails brand that operates through TikTok Shop, specializing in trendy, reusable press-on nails. Founded in 2023, we have quickly grown our presence in the beauty and live-commerce space. Live-commerce is the future of retail, and we are excited to expand our team. We are seeking creative, proactive, and passionate live sales hosts to join our US team in West Hollywood, CA. This is a part-time position perfect for those who love talking to the camera and have a passion for sales. If you are ready to build a career in live e-commerce, we encourage you to apply! Responsibilities Create and deliver an engaging and energetic live "sales show" to captivate viewers, drive interaction, and increase followers. Showcase our press-on nails during live streaming sessions, generating viewer interest and encouraging direct purchases. Master detailed product knowledge and develop compelling sales scripts to engage the audience. Interact with viewers by responding to comments and fostering a positive online community. Collaborate with the Live stream teams to develop engaging content and themes for livestreams. Requirements Able to talk consistently for 3 hours during live sessions. Strong on-camera presence with excellent verbal communication skills. Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to think quickly, respond to live interactions, and manage spontaneous situations professionally. Quick learner, able to adapt to new situations with ease. Passion for the sales. Experience or passion in fashion/beauty preferred. Familiarity with social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube. Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the live selling experience.
