Job Description
Head of Demand Generation Augment Code Palo Alto, CA Job Details $200,000 - $275,000 a year 1 hour ago Benefits Commuter assistance Health insurance On-site gym Unlimited paid time off Dental insurance Vision insurance Qualifications B2B business model Full Job Description The role Augment Cosmos is the agent orchestration platform for engineering teams. We sell to CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and the staff engineers who evaluate the technical path. They are the hardest audience in B2B to reach: they block ads, ignore gated ebooks, and can smell a nurture sequence from the subject line. We're hiring a demand gen owner to build the pipeline engine for that audience. This is a senior individual contributor role. You will set the strategy and then build the thing yourself: the target account lists, the ads, the landing pages, the sequences, the reporting. No agency, no creative queue, no team to brief. If you want to manage a team, this isn't the job. If you've been slowed down by having to brief people, it is. You'll own a pipeline number and the freedom to decide how to hit it. What you'll own A pipeline number. Qualified opportunities for the sales team, traceable back to the programs that created them. You forecast it with the Head of Marketing and RevOps and reports against it. Multi-channel execution end to end. Paid social, paid search, email, ABM, webinars an event motions where they pay off. Strategy through copy through asset build through reporting. A weekly experiment cadence. Several live tests a week, each with a stated hypothesis and a decision at the end of it. Kill the losers fast, scale the winners, write down what you learned so the next person doesn't relearn it. The systems underneath. Lead scoring, funnel definitions, campaign tracking, attribution, and CRM hygiene, built with RevOps. Every campaign should leave behind a playbook, a template, or a piece of infrastructure that makes the next one cheaper to run. How we work Our marketing team runs on agents. The knowledge base, brand voice, positioning, competitive briefs, and campaign work all live in a git repo that agents read and write to. Call transcripts get mined for themes automatically. Reports build themselves. When we need a landing page, we build it. You'll use Cosmos and other AI tools daily to do with a cross functional teams (Marketing, Ops, Sales). Candidates who can show us what they've automated will go further than candidates who can show us what they've managed.
