About the Role CK Distro is on the hunt for an energetic, people-loving Brand Ambassador to join our marketing crew. This is your chance to be the face of CK Distro out in the wild; bringing our brands to life at dispensaries and events while building real connections with consumers, patients, and retail partners across California. In this role, you'll partner with the territory rep to drive brand awareness through in-store activations, education, and key retail support. You'll work directly with both customers and budtenders to showcase our cannabis products, support promotions, and create authentic, memorable experiences. Key Responsibilities Represent CK Distro and its brands at dispensaries, events, and activations Engage customers and budtenders with confident product education and demos Assist Territory Reps with account support and relationship-building Travel to multiple on-site locations throughout the assigned territory Set up and break down branded displays, booths, and promotional materials Drive brand awareness and sales through in-store promotions and activations Support budtender trainings and share monthly in-store promotions Maintain a professional, approachable, and on-brand presence Read the room. Stay aware of foot traffic, customer interest, and staff engagement Distribute marketing materials and promotional items Gather customer and retailer feedback and report key insights Capture light content for social and marketing when needed Qualifications (required)

MUST BE 21 OR OLDER

Must be available to work Thursday-Sunday with an average of 20-30 hours per week (evenings and additional days may be required) Have reliable transportation and valid drivers license Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Comfortable with a mobile/on-the-road work environment Additional Information Full time employment opportunity Cannabis experience is encouraged but not required
