We're launching our beta in Sacramento as we build toward a much bigger vision: taking Carbubly to cities across America and building one of the country's leading technology platforms for discovering and purchasing car wash and detailing deals. We're hiring Brand Ambassadors to become the face of Carbubly throughout Sacramento. You'll represent Carbubly at participating car wash businesses, car shows, expos, community events, promotional pop-ups, and special Carbubly activations. You'll introduce customers to our app, show them how Carbubly works, help drive app downloads and registrations, promote exclusive car wash and detailing deals, and create excitement through free washes, giveaways, and special promotions. But we're not simply looking for someone to stand behind a booth. We're looking for personalities. We're looking for energy. And we're looking for future leaders. What You'll Do As a Carbubly Brand Ambassador, you'll be on the front lines of our Sacramento launch.

You'll:

Represent Carbubly at participating car wash and detailing businesses, car shows, expos, community events, and promotional activations Proactively approach customers and event attendees — we want someone who enjoys starting conversations Introduce people to the Carbubly app and explain what makes the platform exciting Help customers download the app, create an account, and discover available deals Demonstrate how easy it is to discover, purchase, and redeem car wash and detailing offers through Carbubly Promote exclusive deals, free car washes, giveaways, and special Carbubly promotions Create energy and excitement around Carbubly booths and event activations Turn conversations into measurable results, including app downloads, registrations, and customer engagement Answer customer questions and create an exceptional first impression of the Carbubly brand Distribute QR codes, promotional materials, branded merchandise, and giveaways Help set up and maintain clean, modern, professional Carbubly event displays Encourage customers to follow and engage with Carbubly on social media Assist with photos, short-form videos, and social media content during events Gather real-world customer feedback during our beta and share insights with the Carbubly team Stay knowledgeable about the Carbubly app, participating businesses, current deals, promotions, and new features Who We're Looking ForPersonality and energy matter. Requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Naturally outgoing and comfortable approaching new people Confident speaking with individuals, groups, and event attendees Ability to explain a mobile app and its benefits in a simple, exciting way Comfortable encouraging customers to download an app and create an account Positive attitude and professional appearance while representing Carbubly Dependable, punctual, organized, and responsible Goal-oriented and motivated by measurable results Comfortable working at car wash locations, outdoor events, car shows, expos, and other promotional environments Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, QR codes, and social media Reliable transportation throughout the Sacramento area Availability for weekends and special events as needed Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Previous experience in brand promotion, experiential marketing, events, hospitality, customer service, sales, community outreach, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus, but not required Opportunity for GrowthWe're not just hiring for today.
