Job Description
The WELL on the campus of Sacramento State is currently seeking to hire one Event Services Specialist. The Event Services Specialist serves as the on-site Event Services Staff Lead for assigned special events and athletic events. This position is responsible for overseeing event execution, on-site student staff supervision, responding to client and guest needs, addressing operational issues, and ensuring events are conducted safely and in accordance with facility policies and established event plans. The Specialist provides seasonal operational coverage for Hornet Pavilion events, football game days, and other major events. Internal candidate only, external candidates will not be considered.
