This role is responsible for building strong relationships with store leadership and associates, increasing brand awareness, educating store teams on products and services, generating customer leads, and supporting in-store marketing initiatives. The Brand Ambassador acts as a liaison between the company and retail partners to ensure consistent engagement, training, and lead generation opportunities. Key Responsibilities Store Visits & Relationship Building Visit assigned retail partner stores on a regular schedule. Develop and maintain positive relationships with Store Managers, Specialty Assistant Store Managers (SASMs), Department Supervisors, and store associates. Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and retail partner locations. Communicate promotions, product updates, installation processes, and company initiatives to store personnel. Ensure company displays, marketing materials, and lead-generation areas are properly maintained and stocked. Store Associate Engagement Interact daily with store associates to increase awareness of the company's bathroom remodeling products and services. Build engagement and excitement around lead generation opportunities. Provide ongoing support and answer associate questions regarding products, services, promotions, and customer qualification guidelines. Recognize and encourage associate participation in lead generation programs. Product Knowledge (PK) Meetings Conduct regular PK (Product Knowledge) meetings with store associates and management teams. Deliver engaging presentations covering company products, services, sales processes, promotions, and customer benefits. Track attendance and report training activities to management. Ensure associates have the knowledge necessary to confidently discuss company offerings with customers. Spotlight Events Attend and actively participate in store Spotlight events and special promotional activities. Represent the company professionally during all retail partner events. Coordinate with store leadership to maximize event participation and visibility. Generate qualified customer leads during events. Weekend Lead Generation Tables Staff lead-generation tables during assigned weekend events. Engage customers in a professional and friendly manner. Educate prospective customers about bathroom remodeling solutions and available promotions. Qualify homeowners and collect accurate lead information. Meet or exceed established lead generation goals. Store Leadership Communication Conduct regular touchpoints with Store Managers and Specialty Assistant Store Managers (SASMs). Review store performance, lead generation opportunities, upcoming events, and training needs. Provide updates on company initiatives and gather feedback from store leadership. Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and improve performance. Additional Marketing & Community Events Represent the company at home shows, trade shows, HOA (Homeowners Association) meetings, community events, grand openings, and other marketing functions as assigned. Professionally engage with homeowners, community leaders, and event attendees to promote the company's bathroom remodeling products and services. Set up, maintain, and break down event displays, marketing materials, and lead-generation stations. Educate prospective customers on products, services, financing options, and current promotions. Generate qualified leads and accurately collect customer information. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure successful event execution and achievement of lead-generation goals. Maintain a professional appearance and positive representation of the company at all public-facing events. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events as required. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong presentation and public speaking abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple store locations. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout assigned territory. Weekend availability for lead-generation events and store activities. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile reporting applications. Preferred Experience in retail marketing, brand ambassador, home improvement, lead generation, or customer-facing sales roles. Experience working with home remodeling, construction, or home services companies. Knowledge of bathroom remodeling products and services.
