Job Summary:

Decibel Gardens is looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic Brand Ambassador to be the face of our Company and promote us throughout Southern California, focusing on San Diego, Riverside, and Imperial Counties. Our ideal candidate will be self-motivating in creating, and sustaining long-term relationships with Dispensaries, and retail customers in the respective territories. Our ambassador will be proactive in creating customer reports, that will communicate the public perception of our brand, and employee strategies to make our brand the best product for our customer base.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Our Brand Ambassador will maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times when representing our company to any level of clientele. Maintain a high level of knowledge about the mission of Decibel Gardens, and the products we provide to the community Creating daily reports to communicate all interactions with Dispensaries and retail customers Assist our brand in maintaining a positive presence online and offline Have a general knowledge of all cannabis events in the area and provide suggestions for which events would be suitable for Decibel Gardens to attend. Communicating and implementing strategies to develop brand loyalty with customers Assist in designing marketing and promotional information, and distributing to dispensaries Hosting scheduled vendor days at retail locations to promote brand awareness. Qualifications and Skills Outgoing, professional, and ability to adapt to various personalities and working environments Valid driver's license and clean driving record Reliable source of transportation for travels between different dispensaries Candidates residing in San Diego County preferred. Extensive knowledge of the cannabis world, and general knowledge of operations for distributors and dispensaries Must be 21 years of age or older at the time of applying for this position. (Legally must be 21 or older to be on site of a commercial cannabis business.)
