In this role, you will be the face of our company, engaging with customers, promoting products, and creating memorable experiences that foster brand loyalty. Your passion for connecting with people and your ability to communicate effectively will drive brand awareness and customer engagement across various events and retail environments. Responsibilities Act as the primary representative of the brand at in-person events, retail stores, and promotional campaigns Engage customers through product demos, samples, and interactive displays to generate interest and excitement Collect valuable data from customer interactions to inform marketing strategies and improve outreach efforts Manage social media platforms by sharing event highlights, responding to inquiries, and promoting ongoing campaigns Build strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional in-person service and addressing their questions or concerns Assist in executing marketing initiatives such as event marketing, branding activities, and product promotions Deliver compelling public speaking presentations to educate audiences about products and brand values Requirements Prior experience in food service or retail environments is highly desirable Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences in both English and another language (bilingual preferred) Proven ability to manage social media accounts and create engaging content Experience in data collection, customer relationship building, and customer engagement strategies Knowledge of retail store product details and technical proficiency with digital tools or POS systems Comfortable performing product demos, handling sales objections, and promoting products confidently Excellent public speaking skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to work flexible hours at various locations including events, stores, or promotional venues Join us as a Brand Ambassador if you're passionate about marketing, enjoy engaging with people face-to-face, and want to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to elevating our brand presence!
