We are looking for an energetic, dependable Brand Ambassador to become the face of our premium artisan food brand at farmers markets throughout Southern California. This isn't a cashier position. It's a sales and relationship-building role. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to create a loyal fan. What You'll Do… Set up and operate our farmers market booth Welcome customers with enthusiasm and offer samples Share our story and confidently explain our products Build genuine connections that lead to sales Process cash and credit card transactions accurately Keep the booth clean, organized, and inviting Represent our brand with professionalism and integrity We're Looking for Someone Who… Loves talking with people and isn't afraid to approach strangers Is dependable, punctual, and thrives working independently Has a positive attitude and enjoys selling Can lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors for several hours Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation Is available Saturdays (and potentially Sundays) Bonus Points… Retail or sales experience Brand ambassador or event experience Farmers market or food industry experience Compensation Hourly pay + Commission Pay is $16.90 plus commission.
