Job description: About the Portfolio Our portfolio represents the pinnacle of Mexican distilling heritage, featuring an award-winning Estate-Grown Tequila and a curated collection of Traditional Mezcals. We are defined by a philosophy, representing five generations of agave farming and a commitment to additive-free, artisanal production. We seek a seasoned, category-expert Brand Ambassador to act as the face of these premium spirits within the Chicago market. The Role The ideal candidate is a passionate advocate for craftsmanship and quality—someone who genuinely loves agave spirits and is deeply connected to the trade community. You will act as the lead marketing presence, building awareness and driving advocacy across key on-premise outlets. This role requires a blend of authentic storytelling and strategic sales support to inspire loyalty through genuine engagement.

Key Responsibilities Authentic Storytelling:

Serve as the face and voice of the portfolio, authentically representing the heritage, terroir, and traditional production methods of our spirits.

Trade Advocacy:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key on-premise accounts, bartenders, and distributor partners to drive brand affinity.

Education & Training:

Develop and execute training programs and tastings that focus on estate-grown maturity and the diverse regions of mezcal production.

Market Execution:

Partner with local sales teams to align on priorities and deliver against availability, distribution, and visibility goals.

Activation Excellence:

Plan and execute impactful activations and trade-facing events that educate and engage target audiences.

Digital Presence:

Capture real-time photo and video content for social media use to boost brand visibility.

Strategic Reporting:

Utilize reporting tools to track performance, manage budgets, and identify market gaps. Requirements Previous bartending experience crafting cocktails is a MUST Strong communication skills with the ability to engage audiences effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching diverse communities within Chicago Experience with social media management and data collection tools is advantageous Outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills and a passion for branding and marketing Ability to work independently and as part of a team in fast-paced environments Comfortable with public speaking and product demonstrations in various settings Reliable transportation to attend multiple events across the Chicago area Join us as an Agave Brand Ambassador to help grow our presence in Chicago while gaining valuable experience in marketing, branding, and customer engagement.al travel required for activations and events.
