We are seeking a team of multi-branded Freelance Skincare Experts to support our amazing Ulta Beauty and Sephora stores in the Grand Junction/Glenwood Springs, Colorado area. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in skincare, beauty products, and client service to provide personalized consultations, product recommendations, and skincare demonstrations. As a Freelance Skincare Expert, you will play a vital role in elevating our brand's reputation for exceptional customer care and expert advice. Responsibilities Conduct personalized skincare consultations to assess clients' skin types, concerns, and goals. Meet hourly SPH goal of $100/hr Demonstrate proper product application methods, including skincare/haircare application when relevant, to enhance client experience. Educate clients on skincare routines, product benefits, and ingredient information to support informed purchasing decisions. Build strong relationships with guests and Ulta/Sephora teams. Assist with merchandising efforts by stocking shelves, organizing product displays, and ensuring store presentation aligns with brand standards. Experience Proven experience in a retail sales, beauty, or skincare consulting environment. Familiarity with product knowledge, regimen building, and achieving sales targets. Strong communication skills Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a freelance setting.
