This is a face-to-face customer engagement role — you will be speaking with shoppers, educating them on our services, and setting qualified appointments for our technicians. What You'll Do Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner Explain current promotions and service benefits Gather customer information to schedule appointments Track daily leads and performance metrics Participate in bi-weekly team training Communicate wins and updates in team group chat Compensation $18 hourly pay Performance bonuses per issued lead Consistent scheduling opportunities (Top performers significantly increase their earnings through bonuses.)
