This position sits with our Swedish Match affiliate. PMI is hiring a Sr. Specialist Events to support creative development and execution of consumer event programs for Legal Adult Nicotine Users (21+). This role partners with Brand, Legal, Digital, and agencies to deliver compliant, brand-building events tied to business goals. Your 'day to day': Support the annual event calendar, including festivals, concerts, racing, and hospitality events. Develop activation ideas aligned to the 21+ consumer audience, brand priorities, PMI policies, and regulatory requirements. Track and report event performance results. Manage agencies and vendors, including permits, licenses, purchase orders, invoices, and contracts. Align with internal teams on concepts, materials, staffing, timelines, and execution needs. Schedule meetings, take notes, and maintain event photos and files. Who we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field. 3+ years of events experience on the brand/client or agency side. Experience with fabricators, vendors, agencies, and brand-side events. Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and project-management skills. Able to manage multiple priorities, tight deadlines, and cross-functional partners. Fully authorized to work in the US now and in the future without sponsorship
Annual Base Salary Range:
