Job Description

We are looking for reliable and energetic Event & Pop-Up Crew Members to support our food pop-ups, catering events, and other off-site food service operations. This is an on-demand position , with shifts scheduled based on upcoming events and business needs. Responsibilities Assist with setting up and breaking down food pop-up and event stations. Transport, organize, and arrange food, supplies, equipment, and serving materials. Serve and package food for customers and event guests. Assist with basic food preparation and order assembly when needed. Provide friendly and professional customer service. Process and hand out customer orders efficiently during busy events. Keep food stations, tables, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and organized. Follow food-safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures. Assist with restocking food, beverages, packaging, and supplies throughout events. Clean and pack equipment and supplies after each event. Work efficiently with other team members to ensure smooth event operations. Perform other event and food-service duties as needed. Requirements Restaurant, catering, event, or food-service experience is preferred but not required. Reliable, punctual, friendly, and comfortable interacting with customers. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work a flexible, on-call/on-demand schedule , including some evenings and weekends. Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with carrying event supplies and equipment. Must follow all applicable food-safety and sanitation requirements.
