Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Event Specialist to support promotional events, customer engagement, brand representation, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating activities, interacting with customers, presenting products and services, and contributing to successful promotional campaigns. Responsibilities Coordinate and support promotional events and customer engagement activities. Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers. Present products and services and communicate key benefits. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Support lead generation and sales activities during events. Build positive customer relationships and encourage sales opportunities. Follow up with prospective customers after promotional events. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or events is a plus but not required.
