Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, hospitality-minded Brand Ambassador who thrives on human connection and knows how to turn a conversation into a loyal customer. In our UTC Sarasota market, this person will be the face of our brand in the community: building partnerships, generating catering revenue, managing our social presence, and ensuring every guest touchpoint reflects our values of quality and warmth. This is not a desk job. It is part marketing, part sales, part community organizer, and part quality champion. The ideal candidate has a hospitality background, an authentic personality, and a relentless drive to create opportunities and generate measurable results. Community Partnerships Develop partnerships with local businesses, gyms, yoga studios, salons, and wellness brands for cross-promotion. Secure placement on partner loyalty programs, newsletters, or co-branded events. Attend networking events, chamber of commerce mixers, and community gatherings to represent the brand. Build a pipeline of ongoing partnerships that generate mutual value and visibility. Create a quarterly partnership report tracking the number of active partners, referrals, and revenue attributed to each. Catering Sales & Revenue Generation Actively prospect and pitch catering opportunities to local businesses, corporate offices, hospitals, gyms, and event planners. Respond to catering inquiries within 1 business hour and guide clients through the ordering process. Follow up with past catering clients on a 30-day cycle to drive repeat business. Maintain a catering lead tracker in a CRM and report weekly pipeline numbers to ownership. Set and work toward monthly catering revenue targets in alignment with ownership goals. Develop a catering menu sell sheet and pitch deck for in-person and email prospecting. CRM & Lead Management Maintain a centralized CRM (e.g., HubSpot Free, Notion, or similar) to track all leads, partnerships, catering clients, and influencers.
Log every outreach touchpoint:
phone calls, emails, in-person meetings, and follow-up actions. Keep the pipeline organized by stage: Prospect, Contacted, Proposal Sent, Won, Lost. Share a pipeline summary with ownership each week as part of the weekly report. Event Planning & Attendance Identify, pitch, and secure participation in local events: farmers markets, festivals, sporting events, school fairs, and pop-ups. Plan and coordinate event logistics, staffing, and product needs in advance.
Track ROI for each event:
foot traffic, leads captured, revenue generated, and social content created. Propose events that align with peak seasons, product launches, or community moments. Create a 90-day rolling event calendar shared with ownership for budget and staffing planning. School & Youth Program Outreach Build relationships with PTAs, school administrators, athletic directors, and booster clubs across all three markets. Pitch fundraiser programs, team catering, and spirit nights that benefit schools and drive store revenue. Attend school events as a brand presence and community supporter. Develop a repeatable school outreach calendar across all three locations. Create a one-pager fundraiser pitch document to leave with school contacts. Reporting & Accountability Submit a concise weekly recap to ownership covering: social performance, customer sentiment, catering pipeline, events, partnerships, and QA visits. Participate in a weekly or bi-weekly check-in call or meeting with ownership. Maintain organized records of all leads, partnerships, events, and results in the CRM. Operate with full transparency, integrity, and a revenue-focused mindset. Provide a monthly summary deck or report with key wins, learnings, and goals for the next month.
