Job Description

The job Most software fails for one reason: the customer bought it, never really learned it, and quietly went back to the old way. You exist so that never happens to us. Alpha Nodus builds Gravity — the AI front office for diagnostic imaging centers. It reads the faxed orders, answers the scheduling calls, verifies insurance, and runs prior authorizations that staff otherwise do by hand. We're ~55 people modernizing an industry that still runs on fax machines. You own a book of imaging-center customers. You are their product expert, their trainer, and the voice that carries what they're struggling with back to our engineers. What you'll do Learn every release cold. Not read the notes — use it, break it, and be able to teach it by Friday. Learn the pain better than the product. Sit with schedulers fighting their software. Listen to the 40-minute hold with an insurance portal. You can't teach a feature until you've felt the problem. Train the end users. Go-lives, role-based sessions for schedulers, front desk, billing, and ops leaders, refreshers, office hours, webinars. Some of these people are nervous this software is coming for their job. Handling that honestly is part of the role. Build the collateral. Quick-reference guides, walkthrough videos, best-practice playbooks. Write it once so it scales past your calendar. Run the cadence. Scheduled check-ins with every account. You bring their numbers, what changed, what to turn on next. Nothing in your book goes quiet. Demo live, anywhere. For customers, for prospects, and on the trade show floor with people walking past. Real product, real handwritten order, live AI voice call — no slideware. Grow the account. When a customer is visibly drowning in a problem we solve, you see it, quantify it, and bring in the capability that fixes it. Close the loop to engineering. Not "the customer wants X" — which customer, how often it costs them, what it's worth, and what you'd build. Be our public voice Part of this job is being the face and voice of the product outside our own customers. Trade shows and industry events. Work the booth, run the live demo for whoever stops, qualify the good ones, and make the follow-up calls the week after. Some of these are multi-day and out of state. Podcasts, webinars, and panels. Guest on healthcare and health-tech podcasts, run our own webinars, sit on panels. We'll get you the invitations; you show up prepared and sound like someone worth listening to. Present the benefits, not the features. To a room of front-desk staff, to a practice owner, to a conference audience, to a podcast host who knows nothing about radiology. Same product, four different arguments. Being able to make the value obvious in each of those rooms is the skill this whole role rests on. Turn it into content. A good session becomes a clip, a guide, a case study. Nothing you present should get delivered only once.
One metric above all:
Gravity runs in three modes — manual, sidekick (AI works, human reviews), and agentic (AI runs it end to end). Customers buy at manual. Value lives at agentic. Move every account one mode to the right, and prove it with their numbers. AI is not optional here We run this company on AI tooling — Claude in particular — for training material, call prep, session summaries, collateral, usage analysis. Our product is an AI workforce. Someone who trains customers on AI while avoiding it themselves isn't credible in this seat. You don't need to be an engineer; you need to reach for these tools by reflex. What we're looking for 2-5 years customer-facing
SaaS :
customer success, enablement, onboarding, implementation, solutions consulting, or product training. You've trained real customers on real software. Evidence you owned something — a book of accounts, an onboarding program, a curriculum, a number. Supporting someone else's accounts isn't the same. Excellent live presentation skills, on and off camera. We will ask you to demo something to us, and we'd like a link to anything you've recorded — a webinar, a podcast, a conference talk, a training video. Comfortable being publicly associated with our product — booth, mic, camera, panel. Healthcare experience not required. We'll teach you the industry. Learning it fast is the requirement. Specific, recent evidence you use AI tools by choice. In-office in Sunrise, FL with ~20-30% travel. Valid license and vehicle. Compensation and process Base salary plus commission on expansion within your own book — you're paid commission when a customer you support adopts more.
Benefits:
401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): This position is Base Salary + Bonus.
