Duties Drive and operate the ice cream truck safely to various locations, events, and community gatherings. Engage with customers of all ages by offering product samples, conducting product demos, and sharing the brand story with enthusiasm. Collect valuable data on customer preferences and feedback to help improve marketing strategies. Manage social media accounts by posting updates, sharing event photos, and interacting with followers to enhance brand visibility. Promote our brand through public speaking at events, engaging in event marketing activities, and creating a lively atmosphere. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, handling transactions efficiently, and ensuring a positive experience for all guests. Assist with branding efforts by setting up eye-catching displays and maintaining a clean, inviting truck environment. Qualifications Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key! Strong communication skills with the ability to connect easily with diverse audiences. Bilingual abilities are a plus to better serve multicultural communities. Experience in sales or event marketing will give you an edge in engaging customers effectively. Knowledge of social media management tools and content creation is advantageous. Ability to perform product demos confidently and speak publicly about the brand's story. Must be at least age 21 with 3 years clean driving record. Hire is subject to background check due to working with child.
