About the Role We are looking for an outgoing, enthusiastic, and articulate Brand Ambassador to be the face of Epic Rides in the community. You will build brand awareness, engage with potential drivers at events, and help spread the word about our fair-pay mission.
Key Responsibilities Community Outreach:
Attend local events, community gatherings, and driver hotspots to promote the Epic Rides brand.
Driver Engagement:
Enthusiastically explain the Epic Rides model and our 100% earnings-for-drivers benefit to prospective partners.
Marketing Distribution:
Distribute promotional materials (flyers, stickers, etc.) at key locations to drive new registrations.
Social Media Support:
Assist in capturing content or coordinating with the marketing team on local community spotlights.
Lead Generation:
Collect contact information from interested drivers and assist them with the initial sign-up process on-site.
Feedback Collection:
Gather insights from the community about rider/driver needs and share them with the corporate team.
Requirements Experience:
1-3 years in brand ambassadorship, field marketing, event staffing, or promotional roles.
Communication:
Natural ability to start conversations, tell our story, and build trust in diverse environments.
Energetic:
High energy, approachable, and able to represent the company positively in various settings.
Tech-Savvy:
Familiarity with mobile apps and quick, on-the-spot registration processes.
Flexibility:
Willingness to travel locally and work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
Reliable:
