Job Description Help for Job Description. Opens a new window. Position Summary We are seeking a dynamic, dual-role Dry Cleaners Route Driver & Brand Ambassador representative. In this role, you will safely operate a company Sprinter-type van to provide route delivery and pick-up services. Additionally, you will drive business growth by making direct, friendly presentations to residents in our service areas to acquire new delivery customers.

Primary Service Areas:

Routes cover premium Miami-Dade communities, including Bal Harbour, Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, Fisher Island, Coral Gables, South Miami, Pinecrest, Palmetto Bay, Kendall, Doral, and surrounding neighborhoods.

Key Responsibilities Route Delivery:

Provide efficient pick-up and delivery services using a company-provided Sprinter van.

Business Growth:

Conduct customer acquisition activities by making direct, individual presentations to neighboring residents to expand our customer base.

Safe Driving:

Safely operate company vehicles and strictly obey all traffic laws. Safety is our top priority.

Customer Service:

Maintain professional, courteous, and exceptional interactions with customers, co-workers, and management.

Adaptability:

Follow navigation routes via GPS and pre-arranged stop orders with minimal supervision.

Additional Duties:

Complete other related operational tasks as assigned by management. Requirements Employer will check Background & driving record.

Experience:

Prior experience driving a Sprinter-type van, working in customer service, and basic experience in soft sales or field promotions.

Language Skills:

Due to the nature of the position, Strong English communication skills are required. Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a strong plus due to our Miami-Dade service territory.

Technical Skills:

Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Demands:
