Roofing experience is not required—we will teach you the industry. We are looking for someone who communicates well, builds trust naturally, presents themselves professionally, and enjoys connecting with homeowners, builders, property managers, and community partners. Compensation $60,000-$70,000 annual base salary, based on experience Room for advancement and compensation growth as the role develops Why Join Leo Roofing?
