We're looking for outgoing, confident Promoters to represent our brand inside national retail partner locations and at local events. You'll start conversations, make a great first impression, and connect interested homeowners with our team for a free consultation. No hard closing. Your job is to create interest, build excitement, and generate quality leads. What You'll Do

• Engage customers in a friendly, upbeat, and professional way.
• Start conversations and create interest in our home remodeling services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule free consultations for interested homeowners.
• Represent our brand at Home Depot, Lowe's, community events, and local shows.
• Help create a fun, welcoming experience that leaves a strong first impression.

• Part-time with a strong focus on weekends and peak retail/event hours.
• Some evening and holiday availability may be needed.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned stores or events.
• Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. to transport & set-up/tear down booth
• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check. What We Offer
