We're located right down the street from CarMax, and our goal is to offer a fast, friendly experience with 10-minute appraisals and great customer service. We're looking for reliable, energetic, and hard-working individuals who enjoy being outside, staying active, and working in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who likes simple, straightforward work, can stay alert, and enjoys interacting with people. You'll be working closely with management, who is focused on efficiency and results, so the ideal candidate is adaptable, resilient, and able to handle direct feedback professionally.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift. This is an active, standing position with no opportunity to sit or lean during regular work duties. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the role with or without reasonable accommodation. What You'll Do Stand outside in high-traffic areas near CarMax while holding a sign to attract attention Pay close attention to cars entering and leaving the area Politely direct drivers and pedestrians toward our Cardrop location Keep a positive attitude throughout your shift Follow instructions on where to stand and how to display signs Make sure the sign is clearly visible and easy to read at all times What We're Looking For Friendly attitude and good communication skills Able to stand and work outdoors for long periods (sun, heat, light rain, etc.) Alert, dependable, and self-motivated Good attention to detail when positioning signs Professional attitude No experience required — just the willingness to work
