Job Description
Brand Representative HMG Business Services - 1.0 Tampa, FL Job Details Full-time $52,000 - $64,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Dental insurance Vision insurance Employee discount Professional development assistance Life insurance Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description A strong brand isn't built only through advertising - it's built through the experiences people have with it. Our Tampa team represents Frontier by creating personal customer interactions that make its services easier to understand and help turn brand awareness into measurable sales results. The Brand Representative is the person customers associate with that experience. Working in person throughout the greater Tampa area, you'll introduce Frontier services, create interest around current offers, and help customers move from an initial conversation to sales and enrollment. For someone who enjoys talking with people, learning what catches their attention, and representing a recognizable brand, the Brand Representative position offers hands-on experience doing exactly that. Responsibilities of the Brand Representative Become familiar with Frontier services, current promotions, and brand messaging so you can represent them confidently during sales conversations. Introduce the Frontier brand to customers who may not be familiar with their available service options. Find ways to make product information relatable rather than relying on the same sales pitch with every customer. Pay attention to questions, reactions, and interests to understand what messaging resonates with different audiences. Turn customer interest into sales opportunities by explaining relevant options and supporting the enrollment process. Work with other Brand Representative team members to exchange feedback and strengthen future sales conversations. Qualifications of the Brand Representative Personable and comfortable being the face of a brand during in-person customer interactions. Able to communicate clearly without making conversations feel scripted or overly focused on sales. Curious about what motivates people and willing to adjust your communication style for different customers. Positive, dependable, and receptive to coaching and feedback. Experience in restaurants, hospitality, retail, customer service, events, or other people-facing environments can be helpful, but isn't required. Entry-level friendly; previous Frontier, telecommunications, brand marketing, or professional sales experience is not required. A Brand Representative gets to see firsthand how a conversation can shape someone's impression of a company and ultimately influence sales performance. If you're outgoing, willing to learn, and interested in building real experience representing a nationally recognized company, apply today to grow as a Brand Representative with our Tampa team.
