Responsibilities of the Brand Representative Meet directly with customers to promote our client's telecommunications services. Build brand awareness through engaging conversations and professional sales presentations. Learn each customer's needs and recommend the right products and services. Work alongside fellow Brand Representative team members to achieve daily sales goals. Guide customers through the sales process with confidence and professionalism. Stay up to date on current promotions and represent the brand with enthusiasm. Participate in ongoing Brand Representative training to strengthen communication, product knowledge, and sales skills. Qualifications of the Brand Representative Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and enjoys working directly with people.
