Re-Bath is one of the nation's largest bathroom remodeling companies, partnering with nationally recognized home improvement retailers to help homeowners transform their bathrooms with premium remodeling solutions. We're looking for energetic, dependable people who enjoy working with others and want more than just another retail job. As a Retail Partnership Specialist/Brand Ambassador, you'll work inside leading home improvement retail locations, building relationships with store associates, educating them on Re-Bath's services, and helping connect homeowners with our design team. This is not a high-pressure sales position.

There is:

• No cold calling
• No door knocking
• No call center environment Your job is to build trust, educate retail associates, create excitement around our services, and help generate qualified opportunities for our sales team. What You'll Do
• Visit major home improvement retail partner locations throughout your assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with store associates and leadership teams
• Educate associates on Re-Bath products, services, and installation process
• Teach associates what qualifies as a good lead and how to identify homeowners who could benefit from our services
• Support store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
• Generate qualified homeowner appointments
• Represent Re-Bath with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm
• Help strengthen relationships across hundreds of retail partner locations throughout Florida What We're Looking For

• Typical schedule: 30-40 hours per week Performance Bonuses
