This role blends in-person hosting, customer interaction, social-media content, and TikTok LIVE. We're looking for someone who is naturally attentive and makes people feel welcome. You should be comfortable starting conversations, maintaining a high level of energy throughout a shift, and representing Lovekin both in person and on camera. What you'll do Welcome customers and help create a friendly, social atmosphere Pay attention to what customers need and take initiative Start conversations and help people feel comfortable Maintain an upbeat, engaged presence throughout the shift Appear in Lovekin photos, videos, and social-media content Speak naturally on camera using provided talking points Host or co-host TikTok LIVE Engage with LIVE viewers, read comments, and keep the conversation moving Support the barista and help behind the bar during busy periods and rushes Learn Lovekin's brand voice and represent it consistently Assist with setup, cleanup, and other shift responsibilities What we're looking for Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable meeting new people Naturally attentive to customers and what is happening around you Able to stay positive and energetic for an extended period Confident speaking and appearing on camera Comfortable hosting live social-media content Able to follow talking points without sounding overly scripted A quick learner who retains training and doesn't need repeated instruction Able to work independently with minimal ongoing direction Holds themselves to a high standard and takes pride in doing the job well Willing to step outside their primary role and help the team during a rush Reliable, punctual, responsive, and open to feedback Previous experience in customer service, hosting, content creation, promotions, or social media is helpful, but not required. Pay and training The first six full training shifts are paid at $12 per hour. After completing all six shifts and becoming fully trained and approved to host independently, hosting shifts are paid at $18 per hour. This includes TikTok LIVE performed as part of an approved hosting shift. Separate content-creation sessions, including scheduled filming, photography, or production work outside a hosting shift, are paid at $12 per hour. Additional paid video opportunities may also be available.
