We are seeking candidates to fill our Brand Ambassador position with one of the top performing teams in the state. We are currently seeking motivated and excited individuals that stand out above the rest to continue to grow our award-winning sales team. We are a rapidly growing branch and need to fill positions immediately in our Carbondale office to meet the demands of our clients this year! This is a retail and events based position with base pay, additional weekly bonuses, and commission.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for enthusiastic, career-minded, self-motivated individuals for the Brand Ambassador position to work in a professional sales environment. Management opportunities are available. Prior sales experience is welcome, but not necessary. Paid training is included.

Brand Ambassadors are responsible for:

Represent the brand professionally inside retail stores, events, and promotional locations Engage customers through friendly, face-to-face conversations Demonstrate and explain products, services, features, and current promotions Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or service options Generate new customer sales and assist customers throughout the enrollment or purchasing process Deliver an engaging, positive customer experience from initial conversation through completion Answer customer questions accurately and confidently Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and competitor offerings Meet and exceed individual and team sales performance goals Participate in product demonstrations and promotional campaigns Build brand awareness and create positive interactions with potential customers Maintain professional presentation and brand standards at assigned retail locations Track daily sales activity, customer interactions, and performance results Communicate customer feedback and sales trends to management Collaborate with retail associates, team members, and leadership Attend ongoing sales, product, communication, and leadership training Assist with setting up and maintaining promotional displays or marketing materials Follow all company, client, and retail partner policies and procedures Maintain a positive, energetic, and solutions-focused attitude in a customer-facing environment Develop communication, sales, customer service, and leadership skills through hands-on experience

Qualifications:
