Part-Time Brand Ambassador

The Brand Ambassador is a Part-Time (20+hrs/week), field-based role responsible for delivering brand building and education activity across Revolution Cannabis dispensary partner accounts in the northern Illinois territory. This is an execution-focused role; the Brand Ambassador does not own accounts or generate leads independently. Instead, they bring the Revolution brand to life at the account level through pop-up activations, product education sessions, and event representation. Lead generation and account strategy remain with the Manager of Wholesale Sales and the Field Sales Representative. The Brand Ambassador coordinates with both to identify the accounts and opportunities that activity is built around and executes with professionalism and brand consistency. This role may flex up on weekly hourly commitment should performance and activity volume warrant it.
Minimum Education/Experience:
Brand Activation and Pop-Ups Execute scheduled brand pop-ups at dispensary partner locations in the northern Illinois territory Set up, manage, and break down brand activation materials

- professionally and on schedule Engage dispensary staff and customers during activations to build brand awareness and product affinity Coordinate activation scheduling and preparation with dispensary accounts in advance Product Education Deliver scheduled product education sessions for dispensary partner staff
- covering Revolution brand portfolio, strain and product features, benefits, and consumption methods Develop familiarity with Revolution's full product catalog and stay current on new launches and seasonal offerings Tailor education sessions to the knowledge level and needs of each partner's team Events and Sponsorships Represent Revolution Cannabis at approved events and sponsorship activities within the northern territory Maintain a professional and brand-consistent presence at all external events Report on event contacts, account interactions, and activity outcomes following each event Coordination and Administration Collaborate with the Manager of Wholesale Sales and Field Sales Representative to identify accounts and schedule activity Participate in weekly sales team meetings•reporting on activity completed, upcoming schedule, and any account observations Manage and maintain brand activation assets•ensuring materials are in good condition and inventory is tracked Ensure all business-related expenses are reported accurately and on time including mileage, receipts, and expense reports Collect and report market observations•competitor activity, product trends, account feedback•to the wholesale sales
Required:
Must be at least 21 years of age (Cannabis Industry Requirement) High School Diploma or GED Minimum 2 years of experience in cannabis sales, brand activation, field marketing, or a related customer-facing role Knowledge of the Illinois Cannabis market including applicable state laws and regulations Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills

- able to manage a weekly schedule with minimal supervision in a fast-paced dynamic environment Valid Illinois Driver's License and reliable personal vehicle
- required for territory travel (Travel mileage is reimbursed) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with digital scheduling and reporting tools Open availability to work flexible shifts on weekdays and weekends as related to events/pop-ups Must pass a thorough background check including criminal history review by State Police and FBI (Illinois) or Maryland Cannabis Administration requirements (Maryland) depending on employment state Must obtain and maintain a Dispensary Agent Registration Identification Card from the applicable state governing authority prior to start date
Preferred:
Previous experience in a licensed cannabis dispensary environment Familiarity with Revolution Cannabis products, consumption methods, and terpene profiles Experience with pop-up execution and event representation in a Cannabis or CPG environment Working Conditions /
Physical Requirements:
With or without reasonable accommodation, requires the physical and mental capacity to perform effectively all essential functions. In addition to other demands, the demands of the job include: Frequent driving throughout the northern Illinois territory
- must be comfortable driving long distances regularly Standing and walking for extended periods during activations and events
- up to 4 consecutive hours with required rest breaks Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and transport brand activation materials and equipment
- minimum 25 pounds independently, up to 50 feet Ability to set up and break down event and activation materials including canopy, tables, displays, and signage Visual acuity required
- reading product labels, marketing materials, and digital scheduling tools Verbal communication ability required
- delivering education sessions and engaging customers and staff in a field environment Occasional exposure to cannabis plant material and associated aromas at dispensary partner locations
Work Schedule:
20+ hours weekly with flexible hours depending on volume needs Must be available to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation/Benefits Insights:
Pay Range based on experience: ($26-30/hr).

Note:
A qualifying applicant must successfully complete a 90 day introductory period.
Introductory Period :
The first ninety (90) calendar days of employment are considered an Introductory Period for both the employee and Revolution Global. This timeframe allows the employee to learn their new responsibilities and enables the manager to evaluate their overall performance and fit. Completion of the Introductory Period does not alter the at-will-employment relationship; either the employee or the company may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or advance notice.
