Job Description The brand ambassador will be a reliable, professional, and enthusiastic person who is looking to be the face and voice of our brand. In this role you will help build brand recognition by promoting Penrose Brewing Company at tastings, festivals, and special events at our accounts. Responsibilities

• Understand our products and be able to fully inform potential customers about the brand
• Spread awareness of Penrose Brewing Company
• Perform tastings at key off-premise accounts as scheduled
• Represent the brand at tap takeovers, pint nights, and events at key on-premise accounts
• Work festivals and charity events as scheduled
• Provide qualitative feedback to management regarding customers' questions, comments, and desires
• Report to and check in with Penrose Sales Representative on a regular basis
• Responsible for transporting beer and related equipment and supplies to and from events Requirements and candidate attributes
• Desire to learn about Penrose Brewing Company and its philosophy
• 21+
• Must live in Chicagoland and willing to travel to our Geneva Brewery to pick-up supplies
• Passion for craft beer
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
• Availability on Thursday
• Saturday evenings
• Experience in sales, brand promotion, or retail a plus
• Must be enthusiastic, engaging, beer savvy, well organized, and self-motivated
• Willingness to travel within Chicagoland and potentially beyond
• Ability to lift 35-pound cases of beer
• Ability to occasionally lift or maneuver 60-pound kegs of beer
• Bassett Certification required upon hiring Hours per week:
• Less than 10 Work Remotely
