Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Event Specialist to orchestrate memorable events that elevate our brand and create unforgettable experiences for our clients and guests. In this role, you will be a jack of all trades, assisting in loading in artist equipment, helping with the doors during ticketed events, assisting the bar, and anything else that is required. The day's needs will vary based on the nature of the event that is booked, so every day will be a little different. The one thing that will stay the same is that you will be working in a professional, teamwork-forward environment. Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted. Strong organizational and cleaning skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. Willingness to help the team in whatever needs to be done. Experience in hospitality or banquet operations is highly desirable. Experience working in a music venue is highly desirable. Knowledge of marketing strategies related to event promotion and customer engagement. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends.
