Performance Pay Structure:

Base Pay:

$18.00/hr Average 10 sign-ups/hour → $19.00/hr Average 20 sign-ups/hour → $20.00/hr Average 30 sign-ups/hour → $21.00/hr Top performers consistently earn at the highest tier.

What You'll Do:

Approach and engage a high volume of customers Promote a free sweepstakes offer with confidence and energy Drive quick, efficient customer sign-ups (tablet or paper) Maintain a fast pace and strong presence on the floor Hit and exceed hourly performance targets
