Job Overview -
General Summary:
The Regional Cannabis Brand Ambassador serves as the face of our company, representing our cannabis brands at dispensaries, consumer events, vendor days, community outreach initiatives, and educational opportunities throughout their assigned region. This per diem position is ideal for an energetic, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual who is passionate about cannabis, excels at relationship-building, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The Brand Ambassador is responsible for increasing brand awareness, educating consumers and dispensary staff, driving product sales, and strengthening relationships with retail partners while ensuring compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations.Responsibilities:
- Represent the company's brands professionally at dispensaries, vendor days, trade shows, and community events.
- Educate consumers on product offerings, consumption methods, cannabinoids, terpenes, dosing, and responsible use.
- Conduct in-store product demonstrations and educational sessions for dispensary staff ("budtender trainings").
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dispensary managers, buyers, and retail associates.
- Promote brand awareness and support sales initiatives within the assigned territory.
- Gather consumer and retailer feedback and provide insights to sales and marketing teams.
- Assist with merchandising, display setup, promotional materials, and in-store branding initiatives.
- Maintain inventory of event materials, promotional items, and educational resources.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with state cannabis regulations and company policies.
- Track event attendance, retail visits, customer interactions, and submit timely activity reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to execute regional promotional campaigns.
- Travel throughout the assigned region as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 21 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in cannabis, retail sales, hospitality, promotions, or customer service preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products, strains, cannabinoids, terpenes, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with groups and educating both consumers and retail staff.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout the assigned region.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods during events.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cannabis industry experience.
- Existing relationships within the regional cannabis community.
- Experience conducting educational presentations or product demonstrations.
- Knowledge of state cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.

- Hours vary based on promotional events, retail activations, and business needs.
