Brand Ambassador - Part Time (16-30hrs/week) •Night and weekend availability required: 4pm-11pm Thursday-Sunday• At ZazaGreen, we offer premium cannabis products to all types of customers, whether a first-time shopper or well-versed consumers of cannabis products. Job Summary We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis, excellent communication skills, and a strong background in retail sales. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, guiding customers through product selections, and ensuring a welcoming environment in our dispensary. We are looking for someone who: Maintains consistant attendance and is comitted to punctuality Takes pride in their work and strives to do their best every day. Is experienced and comfortable with computerized Point of Sale (Dutchie POS) Systems. Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in compliance with company policies and Cannabis Control (CCC) regulations. Responsibilities Assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences Provide product demonstrations and educate customers about various strains and products Maintain an organized and visually appealing display of merchandise Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems Upsell products by understanding customer needs and suggesting complementary items Uphold compliance with all state regulations regarding the sale of cannabis products Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dispensary environment Requirements Availability nights and weekends Thursday-Sunday 4pm-11pm Previous experience in retail sales is preferred Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations Experience with merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility Ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to assist diverse clientele Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing Join our team as a Brand Ambassador, where your knowledge and passion for cannabis can help create an exceptional experience for our customers!
