  • Full Time We are looking for an energetic and organized Business Promoter to join a private prosthodontics dental team.
This role combines referral promotion, marketing outreach, and administrative coordination to help grow patient referrals and support daily clinic operations. The ideal candidate will be personable, proactive, and comfortable building strong relationships with partner clinics, local businesses, and patients. Key Responsibilities 1. Referral & Promotion Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare professionals and dentist to promote referral programs. Visit dental offices and community organizations to generate new patient leads. Represent the office professionally during outreach events and community activities. Track and report referral sources and promotional performance. 2. Marketing & Communication Assist with the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives. Manage communication materials (flyers, brochures, digital content) in coordination with the marketing team. Follow up with potential referral sources to ensure satisfaction and continued collaboration. 3. Administrative & Office Support Support front-desk operations when needed (scheduling and patient phone calls). Assist in daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations. Check in dental insurances and verify patients eligibility Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred). Previous experience in dental office administration is a must. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
