At Product Connections, our Alcohol Samplers create engaging shopping experiences by introducing Sam's Club members to featured beer, wine, and spirits. You'll educate customers, provide samples, and help drive product awareness while ensuring compliance with all applicable alcohol service regulations. Why Join Product Connections? We provide the training and support needed to help you succeed. Prepare, set up, and execute alcohol and food sampling events. Engage customers and communicate product features and benefits. Verify customer age and ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local alcohol regulations. Safely prepare and serve product samples. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional demonstration area. Build customer interest and promote featured products. Support sales goals and event objectives. Complete required reporting and follow all company policies and procedures. Must be at least 21 years of age. Available to work Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays. Strong communication and customer service skills. Comfortable engaging customers in a friendly, professional manner. Access to reliable transportation and a smartphone for work-related reporting. Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 25 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 50 pounds. Ability to obtain any required alcohol service or food handling certifications based on state or local requirements. Formal job description available upon request.
