$15-$18/hour + uncapped performance bonuses Foundry Home Solutions is a local, family-owned bathroom remodeling company looking for an outgoing, reliable and motivated Event Marketing Representative / Brand Ambassador to join our growing team. You'll represent Foundry Home Solutions at home shows, senior expos, fairs, festivals and community events throughout the Twin Cities metro and surrounding Minnesota communities. This is a hands-on event marketing position. You'll help transport and set up our event display, engage with homeowners, create interest in our bath and shower remodeling services, and generate qualified leads and in-home consultation appointments for our sales team. What You'll Do Represent Foundry Home Solutions at local events Proactively approach and engage event attendees Talk with homeowners about our bath and shower remodeling services Generate qualified leads and schedule free in-home consultations Collect accurate customer information Promote event giveaways and special offers Transport event materials to and from events Set up and tear down tents, backdrops, tables, signage and marketing materials Maintain a clean, welcoming and professional booth Help ensure events run smoothly from setup through teardown Compensation $15-$18/hour depending on experience $25 bonus for each qualified appointment that completes an in-home consultation $100 bonus for each generated lead that results in a completed sale Performance bonuses are uncapped Opportunity for increased hours as our event schedule grows Schedule This position will begin part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time hours as our event calendar expands. Events are primarily on weekends, with some weekday and evening events. Hours will vary based on the event schedule. Who We're Looking For Outgoing and comfortable approaching and talking with people Friendly, confident and professional Reliable, punctual and able to work independently Strong communication and people skills Motivated by performance and bonuses Comfortable standing and interacting with attendees for extended periods Available to work weekends and some weekdays/evenings Comfortable working at both indoor and outdoor events Able to lift and move event equipment weighing approximately 45-50 lbs Must have reliable transportation with adequate cargo space for event equipment and materials No previous home-improvement experience is required. Sales, customer service, event or promotional experience is a plus, but personality, reliability and the ability to connect with people are most important.
