Position Summary:
The Product Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, educating guests on cannabis products, and supporting retail operations during peak hours.
Responsibilities:
Provide knowledgeable and professional customer service to all guests Educate customers on product offerings, consumption methods, and responsible use Assist customers in selecting products based on individual needs and preferences Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently Maintain organized and compliant inventory on the sales floor Ensure cleanliness and safety standards are upheld throughout the dispensary Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent required Eligible to work in a licensed cannabis facility in Missouri Previous retail or hospitality experience preferred Cannabis product knowledge a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled Able to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks Ability to pass a background check and obtain an Agent ID card from the
