Job Description

Brand Ambassador + Sales Closer-Luxury Skincare Pop-Up Shia Skin Care Inc Saint Charles, MO Job Details Contract $125 a day 1 day ago Benefits Employee discount Qualifications Customer communication Product presentation Outdoor work experience Fitness sales Beauty & cosmetics sales Restaurant experience Full Job Description St. Charles, Missouri 3-Day Outdoor Festival Paid day rate + commission + performance bonus ($125/day guaranteed + 5% sales commission + weekend bonus) Strong performers can earn $700+ for the weekend Shia Skin Care is looking for 2 outgoing, confident salespeople to work a busy 3-day outdoor festival in St. Charles. This is not a cashier job and not a "stand behind the table and wait" position. We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy approaching customers, starting conversations, demonstrating products, reading buying signals, and confidently closing sales without being pushy. You'd be a great fit if you have experience in beauty, cosmetics, hospitality, restaurants, boutique retail, brand ambassador work, trade shows, fitness membership sales, bridal, luxury retail, or any environment where your success depended on engaging people and driving sales.
You should be comfortable:
Approaching strangers and inviting them into the booth Offering samples and product demonstrations Asking questions to understand what a customer actually wants Recommending products based on their interests instead of showing them everything Upselling naturally when it makes sense Turning a single-item purchase into a bundle or kit Collecting email sign-ups and creating future customer opportunities Re-merchandising and restocking during slower periods Staying engaged during lulls instead of waiting for customers to come to you Working outdoors in summer heat for a busy festival weekend We can teach you the products. What we're looking for is confidence, charisma, initiative, strong people skills, and real sales instinct. This role is probably not a fit if you prefer waiting for customers to ask for help, feel uncomfortable initiating conversations, or are looking for a position where you can mostly stand behind a table. We want people who stay focused while working. Friends or family are welcome to attend the festival, but socializing in the booth should happen during breaks, not while you're actively working.
Compensation:
Guaranteed day rate + sales commission + additional team bonus for hitting event sales goals. To apply, please send: Your resume A brief note about your sales/customer-facing experience A short 30-60 second video answering: "A customer picks up one of our lip balms and says they're just browsing. What would you say next?" The video does not need to be polished. We're looking for personality, confidence, communication skills, and how naturally you think about selling.
Pay:
$125.00 per day
Benefits:
