+ Bonuses We're looking for an outgoing, polished professional to represent our company inside a high-traffic, nationally recognized membership retail environment. This is not a sit-behind-a-table position. We need someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, has a positive personality, and is comfortable starting conversations. Your job is to engage shoppers, create interest in our products and services, and schedule qualified in-home a ppointments for our sales team. You'll be one of the faces of our company and our retail partnership, so professionalism, reliability, attitude, and the way you interact with customers matter. Schedule 20-25 hours per week 4-5 hour shifts Five days per week Saturdays are required Sundays are always off We are looking for someone who wants a consistent five-day schedule. This is not a one-or-two-day-per-week position. What You'll Do Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, natural way Start conversations and create interest in our products and services Schedule qualified appointments for our sales team Accurately collect and track customer information Maintain a professional and inviting kiosk Represent our company and retail partner at a high level Work toward daily and weekly production goals Compensation Starting pay of $17/hour Earn up to $20/hour based on production Additional commission on sales generated from your appointments Performance bonuses and incentives Opportunity for advancement and increased responsibility This is a performance-based position. If you produce, you earn more. Who We're Looking For Sales experience is helpful, but personality, professionalism, and consistency matter more. We're looking for someone who is: Friendly, upbeat, and naturally engaging Comfortable approaching and talking with people they've never met Professional in appearance and communication Dependable and consistent Confident without being aggressive or pushy Goal-oriented and motivated by performance Someone who takes pride in representing a company professionally Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, promotions, appointment setting, or sales is a plus, but we will train the right person. We aren't looking for someone to simply stand at a kiosk and collect an hourly paycheck. We're looking for someone who takes ownership of the position, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to be rewarded for producing results.
