Position Summary Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking an Event Specialist to support promotional events, community outreach activities, and customer engagement initiatives. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in event coordination, logistics, marketing support, and brand representation. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities. Coordinate event materials, displays, and promotional resources. Welcome attendees and provide event-related information. Assist with attendee registration and event logistics. Maintain event schedules and organizational records. Represent client brands professionally during events. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Perform administrative duties related to event operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and professional demeanor. Basic computer proficiency. Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, volunteer, or event experience is helpful but not required.
